The Haitian atmosphere is one of the cheapest in town, without being a passe hotel. It can even be considered one of the best hotels for small budgets. On the terrace, the sea view and above all the slate roofs of the old town is interesting. The reception and service are not cordial, but with a smile you get what you want. The hotel restaurant serves the rhythm of Creole dishes.
