La table du Sauloch is a return to our roots, to country cooking that respects the seasons and nature. Here we simmer, smoke and emulsify. It's a short menu, on the slate, with products from the market or the catch of the moment. The atmosphere is friendly, the service attentive, and there's nothing but good points!

Je viens d'y déjeuner ce midi avec 2 amis et je peux vous assurer que la salade de pot au feu, la bouchée à la reine étaient excellentes pour les avoir goûtées. Quant au steak tartare pour l'inconditionnel que je suis, je le recommande vivement. Le tout dans un très beau cadre.
Bravo à tout le personnel.
A bientôt pour profiter de la terrasse dans ce charmant endroit.
