MME LOURDINE (DOUS MAKÒS)
No sign distinguishes Mrs. Lourdine's cabin from that of its neighbors. And yet, this is where all the premises stop to buy the best Dous Makòs in the region. This sweet specialty that looks like almond paste is prepared with concentrated milk of cow, sugar, chocolate, coffee, dye… But nothing is less safe because the recipe remains jealously guarded. Kept in a large wooden buffet and delicately wrapped in paper, the huge breads of Dous Makòs are cut in slices at the request of the passer-by. Striped with vivid colors - pink candy, tender green, chocolate and coffee - its local sweets taste with coffee and small dose. Children love it!
