This festival to promote tourism development in the region takes place each year at the Réfléchi Réfléchi of Miragôane. It is also called Festinippes. Haitian culture is honoured with dance, poetry, and craft stands. Sport is also an integral part of the party with football, volleyball and basketball. But also car and motorbike races at the Rally des Nippes. In order to discover the festival's tourist attractions, the animations take place at the most beautiful sites: The Baril Jump, Miragoâne Pond, Boyer Bazelais Tomb and the Fort Reflect.
