AUBERGE GOURMANDE (AU RAYON VERT)
You will undoubtedly be surprised by the delicacy of the dishes served at the Green Ray! Alain does not betray the quality and selects his products one to one, leaving them to come from Port-au-Prince or elsewhere if he does not find satisfaction on the spot. The lunch menu counts on its pizza, plaster, salads and pasta pages; and the evening the inescapable fish, kos and lobster. Haitian specialities are also on the menu and the home cocktail rivals with sour rum Haitian! In dessert, we will be hesitating between the small fruit pie, the burnt cream and the chocolate profiteroles. Also, if you are staying in Port-Salut, come and enjoy the delicious, tasty and tasty breakfast! No one will say that this is Haiti's best restaurant, only to try the experiment!
