CYVADIER BEACH HOTEL
It is one of the best restaurants in the city, yet very affordable. The hotel manager Jean-Christophe, who has made his hotel classes in Germany, is also the chef in the kitchen. Demanding, he himself deals with the training of staff and negotiates his seafood directly with fishermen (lobster, fish…). It wants to offer international cuisine, fine, prepared with local food.
Fresh and varied salads: classical, Creole, international kitchen. Specialties of fish and seafood. Thanks to its freezer, it is always possible to eat lobster at the Cyvadier, which is one of the top dishes on the map. By the sea, with a nice view over the creek, the frame is pleasant. You can also take a full breakfast and enjoy the surroundings even if you are not a guest of the hotel. Many expatriates and Haitians come to the family or for meals and business meetings.
