Inzia and Maman Ekila are back in the spot, following the fire that ravaged this jewel of Kinshasa's gastronomy in 2012. The concept and success are the same: you can still taste traditional dishes cooked with local products, cooked on embers (makala), stewed (liboke), or by salting and smoking (boucanage). With more unusual things: bush game, reptiles, fresh fish, caterpillars, etc. And on Fridays, it's an all-you-can-eat buffet with rumba music. A must in Kin!
