Gabriel Sousa Rosa has been keeping his aficionados in town, without unnecessary showboating or flashiness, for decades. In addition to its widely appreciated Lusitanian cuisine (for its meats and seafood), the setting is very pleasant. The service and hospitality are incomparable. With Gaby himself coming to greet you, and a little cognac or other house spirit to end on a high note. And that's priceless. A fine wine cellar and cigars are available on request. A good spot in Kinshasa, recommended for a family meal or a night out as a couple.
