The Centre d'Initiation Artistique pour la Jeunesse (CIAJ) provides a 300-seat venue for show rehearsals and training for actors and young people from the Ndjili district. It is home to one of the first pro-Congolese theater companies, Les Intrigants. Its flagship activity is the JOUCOTEJ (Journées Congolaises de Théâtre pour et par l'Enfance et la Jeunesse). Les Intrigants also perform at La Halle and elsewhere in the city and abroad (notably in France). Friday at the Theatre" evenings.
