Amphitheater of the open-air Presidential Park built by Mobutu in 1970 on his incredible estate on Mont Ngaliema. It is famous for having played host to James Brown and B.B. King, among others. Today, the splendor of the place, like the marble of the bleachers, has disappeared. Partially refurbished, it reopened its doors in 2011. Since then, a variety of events have been held here: the Fête de la Musique, the Toseka comedy festival ("Les 48 heures du rire"), concerts by local groups, classical music... The Institut des musées nationaux is also located here.
