BANQUE INTERNATIONALE POUR L'AFRIQUE AU CONGO (BIAC)

BIAC (International Bank for Africa in the Congo) is a commercial bank established in 1970. It stands as the country's fourth retail bank in terms of deposits, the third in terms of appropriations and total balance sheet. But the bank has experienced cash problems in recent months and has been under interim administrative management of the Central Bank of the Congo since last June.
