Absence des toilettes a l' agence TMB bandal
J ai été choquée ce jour après la validation de mon compte a TMB bandal je demande les installations , l agent commis à la sécurité me dit qu'il n y a pas et je demande a une dame de la banque qui se débrouille auprès de ses collègues et revient pour me dire que je me dirige vers la commune . C est innaceotable ,........avec les attentes de plus de 3heures avec les personnes de troisième age qui sont parmi vos clients ...Aménagez nous les toilettes , signe de respect a vos clients
