BOULEVARD DU 30 JUIN
This majestic artery with four lanes on each side crosses the commune of Gombe, the business center, before skirting the commune of Kintambo and ending in Ngaliema. Formerly a railway line linking the east and west of the city, this axis became the main road axis in 1932. The Boulevard du 30 Juin, renamed in honor of the date of the country's independence, extends for about five kilometers from the central station to the bay of Ngaliema. It is lined on both sides with imposing office buildings, shops and hotels.
