PLACE DU 30 JUIN - CENTRAL STATION
Place du 30 juin, formerly called Place de la Gare centrale, is located at the end of Boulevard du 30 juin, just across from the central station. It has long housed the art market where Congolese crafts were sold. In 2012, this square was completely redeveloped. Fountains, illuminations, games for children. The two pillars, which supported the dismantled monument of Albert I, are still in place. On the side of the square, there remains unfortunately this unfinished construction site for years, as ugly as an abscess on the face of a beautiful girl.
