Located in the heart of Matongé, a high place of atmosphere and music, this place is a tribute to Congolese artists. In reference to the late Papa Wemba, but also for all these bars, record stores, recording studios or production houses that have made or are making the animation and reputation of the place. The rallying point on the square, a place of passage, is this pyramidal work of Master Liyolo topped by two white marble hands. It was erected in 1990 in homage to Franco, the father of Congolese rumba.
