"Being a real baker is a daily miracle", especially in Kinshasa, which is not known for its gourmet bread. Eric Kayser, a former Companion of the Tour de France, can claim victory, as his breads, viennoiseries and brioches are always a hit. Sandwiches, clubs, salads, bagels... and, of course, pastries are the order of the day. A special mention goes to the super-sized weekend brunch. A second, more chic address is located in the Socimat district. Kayser is also available on a self-service basis at Ndjili airport.
