In the old colonial district, the elegant red brick structure was erected in 1920. Its rehabilitation in 2011 gave it back all its brightness. It houses in the choir two beautiful paintings on canvas that have kept all their colors, a slender and radiant virgin and a saint in adoration. A few dozen meters away, don't miss the small metal church. It was entirely designed and built in Namur, then transported and reassembled in Boma in 1890, here on the mountain of the Holy Spirit. It is considered the first church in the Congo.
