Saveurs et Viandes is Lubumbashi's pride and joy. Here, meat is mastered from the herd to the plate. A dreamy decor that reflects contemporary Africa, and an impressive menu featuring dishes that can only be found here: Thermidor lobster, Wagyu beef skewer, roast poussin with truffles, pan-fried salmon with caviar, 500g rib-eye on the bone, etc. And the star of the show, the Golden Experience, a 1.5 kg tomahawk matured for 28 days and wrapped in gold leaf! Not to mention French and South African wines. Groupe Number One perfection!
