KATANGA FRIED CHICKEN

A hijacked version of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC). It is a local fast food chain, owned by a group of Lebanese origin that already owns the Nazem bakery. Fried chicken then, with burgers, fries and also some distinctive signs of Lebanese cuisine (falafel, humous). It's fast food, so it's standard, but it feeds its man without ruining him. And it pleases the local youth. At least it was a hit before the arrival of the South African franchises (Chicken Inn) in the Piazza complex...
