The Belgian Marc Arnou fell into the world of cooking at a very early age. After an apprenticeship in the best Belgian establishments, he headed for Africa where he spent four decades working for hotel lords in Central Africa, mainly in Congo. Both inventive and purist for a quality French cuisine, it is a true culinary epic that he puts at the service of his clients. The setting of his magnificent Guest-House (about ten rooms) and the calm of the place make it one of the major addresses in Lubumbashi.
