This is the night club of the Karavia Hotel, which is otherwise of a certain standing. Lubum's VIP youth meet here for special nights depending on the day: Monday cinema (popcorn, seats); Wednesday salsa; Thursday old school; Friday and Saturday normal nights with local and international DJs; and Sunday acoustic band with music on demand and open mic. Replay of important soccer matches as well. The setting is a nickel of course, with a small boutique of luxury items and a private area.

J'ai voulu tester plusieurs fois le lieu avant de donner mon avis, mais finalement rien n'a changé. Le ILEVEL est identique à la philosophie du Grand Karavia : c'est beau, c'est cher, ça semble chic mais finalement la promesse n'est pas tenue. Le lieu est propre et soigné à première vue. Les tarifs sont exigeants et pleins de promesses. Malheureusement, si vous n'êtes pas un habitué vous serez rapidement remis à votre place. Peut importe la taille de votre porte monnaie, les habitués seront toujours prioritaires. On vous demandera par exemple de vous déplacer si un habitué ayant trop abusé du très grand choix de boissons proposées n'arrive pas à passer malgré l'espace disponible. Je propose de faire de même, déplacez-vous dans un autre endroit.
