LA SCALA HÔTEL
Michel Nikolandos has taken over his late father's fine establishment. Less impetuous than his father, he is determined to continue and develop La Scala with a few new projects. Let's hope he keeps the vintage decor, which dates back to the '70s. The 12 rooms are divided into pavilions surrounding a courtyard and are well equipped. The restaurant-pizzeria offers a standard menu with some Congolese and European classics, as well as Chinese suggestions (right next door), for under $20. You can eat or drink under the large covered terrace. And for pool fans, 4 pool tables.
