Artificial lake of 410 km² located 25 kilometers from Likasi. The lake is fed by the Lufira River and is connected to the Mwadingusha power station which serves the city. The lake is full of fish and is an important passage for migratory birds. It is possible to take a traditional dugout canoe ride in this lake with narrow passages lined with vegetation. Some hippos live there. Visit the cemetery of the dugouts and the village of the fetishists. The Lufira Valley Biosphere Reserve is not far from here.
