This concrete behemoth has a few design aberrations, which the humid climate and the years have accentuated. But that doesn't stop the Panorama from being the pride of the city and its inhabitants. It ticks all the boxes in the "luxury" category, with well-equipped rooms, a professional seminar room, a beautiful lakeside terrace, a nightclub, swimming pool and more. Service is sometimes uneven, but so be it... On the restaurant side, we're dealing with a range of quality local and international cuisine. And, last but not least, there's a magnificent view of the lake, accessed by a vertiginous staircase.
