This concrete behemoth has its share of aberrations, but it's the pride of the city and its residents. The Panorama ticks all the boxes in the "luxury" category. The rooms are well-equipped, the seminar room is professional, there's a lovely lakeside terrace, a nightclub, a swimming pool, and so on. Service is sometimes uneven, but so be it... On the restaurant front, we're dealing with quality local and international cuisine. And, last but not least, there's a magnificent view of the lake from the vertiginous staircase.
