It's not the best visual effect, this Belvédère all cramped in height and length, and it's a bit of a mess, but it does offer basic accommodation at modest prices. Twenty or so rooms, the least expensive of which share the sanitary facilities. In theory, there's electricity and running water (to be heated on request). And, theoretically, Wi-Fi. Given the wide disparities sometimes observed between room categories, it's best to ask to see beforehand. "For the broke", as the manager sums up the place. Small restaurant and grocery store on site.
