It is one of the best places to eat in town. The secret of its success? The delicious grilled tilapia and its divine herbal sauce prepared by Maman Makisa, the late Mobutu's cook, which he was said to love (we're talking about the sauce!). In addition to other standards of European and Congolese cuisine, there is a wide variety of tasty snacks, salads and sandwiches. It is frequented at all times, especially at lunch time for business lunches. In the evening, the atmosphere is more subdued under the covered terrace.
