Oui c'est l'histoire mais ca suffit pas.
Entre les murs de cette ancien bâtiment construit par le belges pendant la colonie on respire l'histoire, c'est vrais, mais les chambres sont en décadence. Pour être un peu à l'aise il faut forcement réserver la chambre VIP. Mais le bar commence l'après midi avec la musique à tout volume que fais vibrer les murs, donc impossible se reposer ou travailler. A éviter complètement est le restaurant: démuni, sans clients, service improvisé, boissons à rechercher quelque parte, mais surtout une lenteur épouvantable même au Congo: une heure et 10 minutes pour...un chawerma! Allez à manger plutôt à coté: Café des Arts, Blé d'or, etc. etc. : rapidité et compétence sont assuré.
