This cultural center aims to be a meeting place for culture and peace. Its aim is to provide an artistic response to the social problems facing young people. It includes a library, sports facilities and a children's center. Every Saturday from 2:30 to 5:00 p.m., it hosts the "Sanaa week-end", a festive gathering of young local artists. Every year, the Foyer co-organizes the Amani festival "for peace" with renowned artists from the country and the Great Lakes region.
