This beautiful boutique fills the need for good loaves, sandwiches and pastries among the expat community and a local middle class that appreciates the taste and flavor of quality products. Vanessa Jados, a native Gomatracian, is the driving force behind this French-style lifestyle. Everything is homemade, of course, and takeaway and on-site catering is available. The decor is warm and inviting, on the second floor of a downtown building.
