Hidden from view, a small villa houses a traditional French restaurant with a hint of local exoticism. The chef is Michel Perron, who worked for ten years at La Galiote and then at Phare du Large, a gourmet restaurant in Libreville. A regular at the table of heads of state, it's only natural that high society should flock here to sample his bistronomic cuisine based on fresh produce, with a variable à la carte menu and flexible suggestions. Even if the bill is a little steep, it's still a tasty experience.
