Congolese chef Ivana Armand Ulrich, after making a name for herself by word-of-mouth, has opened a small fast-food outlet in the centre of Pointe-Noire. Her specialty? Tacos with a Congolese twist. You can order tacos with turkey, smoked mutton or even bushmeat. Thanks to its app, you can compose your own taco online, then come and taste it on the spot or have it delivered.
