Charbar is located in the city's trendiest building: the historic Simmons Building, once a mattress factory. A stone's throw from the Bow River, this restaurant offers a superb selection of meats and seafood, as well as a weekend brunch menu. All dishes are freshly prepared by chef Jessica Pelland, one of the rising stars of Canadian gastronomy. In the same building, you'll find Phil & Sebastian, a must if you want to take your coffee with you after your meal at Charbar!
