A train system that since 2010 has covered some 20 km across the city, from downtown to the Alberta Legislature, including the University of Alberta, Century Park, Fort Edmonton, the stadium and other major points of interest in the city. Managed by Edmonton Transit System, the company has two lines (the Capital Line and the Metro Line) and eighteen stations. An economical and convenient way to get around the city. Train tickets are affordable and day passes are available for sale.
