The Baijiu establishment is a cocktail bar and a lively Asian-inspired restaurant with some fusion dishes, Canadian-Vietnamese, Japanese, Thai. The general atmosphere is trendy, the service is very relaxed and the waitresses are smiling and pleasant. The sign is located in the heart of downtown Edmonton, inside the historic Mercer building. The back bar is one of the largest in Edmonton, with over 200 bottles on the menu. Good music programming with a DJ, for a great start to the evening!
