The city port is located in the heart of Deauville, 300 metres from the Morny Square and the train station. In a few minutes, boaters have access to all shops, restaurants and leisure places. Nearly 400 boats sail there year-round. On the city side, the basin is traversed by the Deauville Yacht Club and the sailing school. Côté Touques is in progress to announce a new neighbourhood, the grand project of the City of Deauville. Soon, terraces, dwellings, places of living, and walks will be called the peninsula: 6 hectares between the Morny basin and the Touques.
