Discreet restaurant offering daily and seasonal menus located in Deauville.
An institution of the poor, a house as we love them. At its head is André, whom we know well since he ran a restaurant in Houlgate for 20 years. On the menu of the day and in season, that midday, foie gras with figs, turbotin with coriander. Everything is fresh (a visit to the kitchen is enough to persuade us of this). The chef and his "moussaillons" work cheerfully. One is busy lifting fillets from the sole, the other peeling apples... Four different spaces are there to welcome the guests, terrace, dining room, veranda, old-fashioned bar. Here the truffle is king and will happily accompany various dishes, such as the risotto with scallops. Sole, lobster and sweetbreads are also in the spotlight. A beautiful place, discreet, with a view of the port, where you can meet nice people. The price may be a little high, but we’re in Deauville, aren’t we? Let’s take advantage of the present moment, we feel good in this decor with its brewery air.
