Nous avons réservé un séjour de 8 nuits.|Mais nous avons été tellement déçu par notre séjour que nous avons dû l’écourter au bout de trois nuits pour les raisons suivantes :|- lors de la réservation personne ne nous a signalé la fermeture de la piscine du 14.-19. Janvier pour les travaux |- le WIFI ne fonctionnait pas au niveau de notre chambre soit au 4eme étage |- en octobre 2023 vous nous avez facturé 650,- euro par nuit pour là chambre de luxe vue mer. Or, le prix constaté sur l’application de l’hôtel pour la même période est d’environ 370,- euro soit une différence de 280 euro par nuit ! Comment cela pourrait être justifié ?|- nous n’avons pas pu obtenir le remboursement complet suite à notre départ, mais seulement 50% du montant restant et le reste en avoir valable jusqu’à la fin 2024.|Une expérience de goût amer.
