Nous n’avons pas séjourné à l’hôtel mais nous sommes allés au bar. Nous avons attendu 20min pour que quelqu’un prenne notre commande alors qu’il n’y avait que très peu d’autres clients. 10min après, on nous prévient que les boissons ne seront pas prêtes avant 10min car les gâteaux n’étaient pas arrivés (il était 11h30 du matin). Après avoir changé notre commande, nous avons de nouveau attendu puis au moment de payer, il y avait une erreur dans l’addition, avec le chocolat chaud à 18€ au lieu de 14€. Le service n’était pas au rendez-vous, ce qui est très décevant pour un hôtel 5 étoiles et pour ce prix, sans compter que les boissons n’avaient rien d’exceptionnel.
