Beautiful hotel with rooms with a balcony, fitness area, outdoor heated pool, sauna, and steam room

A beautiful, authentic hotel, as we love it, combining the old and the modern. Outside, the visitor is first amazed by the splendid facade of this manor, before enjoying the smile and warm welcome inside. The public areas are elegant, including the breakfast room, with the rooms, they offer different levels of comfort: "Augeval shower", with shower and space limited to 9 m2 for a person; "classic Augeval", larger and with a balcony; "superior and balneo salon", equipped with a balneo bath and with an area ranging from 18 to 26 m2; or "Augeval family", for big tribes! All rooms are equipped with a sauna and steam bath, and a heated outdoor swimming pool… A real treat in the heart of Deauville! On the restaurant side, a small room service 24 h/24 is available, and several breakfasts are offered.

Plusieurs fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel, toujours aussi agréable. Les chambres sont très joliment décorées. L'emplacement est idéal car proche de tout et très calme. La chambre famille était parfaite. Service très agréable, excellente expérience de service au petit dejeuner avec un personnel très attentif. Nous avons aussi utilisé le spa et les soins/massages étaient très professionnels. Merci pour tout, nous continueront de revenir dans vôtre établissement.

Quel bel hôtel de charme dans une ville charmante : Deauville. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et serviable. L'hôtel est calme et les lits sont très confortables. Le spa est un must - après vos soins, vous pouvez profiter de leur hammam ou sauna, et de leur lit d'hydromassage. Cela vaut vraiment la peine. Très relaxant et merveilleux. Il est facile de se rendre à pied en ville pour faire des achats, manger et explorer le bord de mer.

Nous avons été déçus. Cet endroit est cher (il vaut mieux éviter Deauville). Peu d'anglais parlé, avec une confusion coûteuse pour savoir si nous réservions pour "ce soir" ou "deux nuits". L'intérieur de l'établissement est constitué d'une masse d'escaliers et, à notre étage, l'ascenseur était séparé par de courtes volées qui montaient et descendaient au-dessus d'un couloir situé en contrebas. La photo extérieure sur leur site web montre ce qui semble être une piscine extérieure de bonne taille mais en réalité elle est minuscule. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Je n'ai pas essayé le spa.
