He works with Norman flavours and products, giving priority to seafood, but also knows how to explore other flavours and daring combinations, such as chicken jelly with yuzu. Cheeseburgers and homemade potato chips redeem the reputation of this junk food, and meal trays now border on the gastronomic. This luxury comes at a price, of course, but it’s undeniably one of quality and homemade workmanship.

Large choix de salade, accompagnements, apéritifs, desserts et vins. Petit + pour la mousse au chocolat. Pour un déjeuner été comme hiver c’est l’endroit parfait.
L'accueil est souriant bien qu'un peu chaotique.
Les oeufs en gelé étaient très bons, la piémontaise aussi.
Par contre les tomates de la salade tomate-mozarella étaient molles, ce qui gâche complètement le plat. Dommage !
