The Summit Café is a small, unassuming but excellent and affordable restaurant just a few blocks down the highway from Banff on the left. In fact, it is the favourite spot of all the locals, who come to get their coffee and muffin every morning. A few tables are available for family breakfast. Once there, you must absolutely taste the pastries (croissants, muffins, scones), very fresh and prepared the same day!
