Turquoise lake, located 36 km west of Lake Louise, on the Emerald Lake Road, offering many activities.

This turquoise lake is located 36 km west of Lake Louise, on the Emerald Lake Road. Many activities are available on site: hiking, boating, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. On the way to the lake, stop at the natural bridge and watch the Kicking Horse River flow through the heart of the rock. From November to June, the left bank of the lake is an avalanche zone. Ask at the park reception desk for more information to avoid any recklessness.

Très très beau lac, couleur magnifique, à faire le matin tôt pour être seuls. Tour du lac facile et belle balade.

A découvrir en canoë !
Joli lac d'une belle couleur émeraude comme son nom l'indique.
On peut en faire le tour à pied (mais le chemin est souvent dans les sapins).
A faire pour changer : un petit tour sur le lac en canoë, un des tarifs les plus intéressants parmi les lacs des parcs ! 1h de calme et de détente, inoubliable !

Venir au petit matin, pour éviter la foule et profiter du lever de soleil sur le lac. Les couleurs sont incroyables, posibilité de faire de kayak pour moins cher que les autres lacs
