What could be better than sailing the Pacific Northwest coast with thousands of other sailors on Memorial Day?
Since 1930, this international sailing race has brought together more than 200 yachts from around the world to sail from Victoria to the Strait of Juan de Fuca, which separates southern Vancouver Island from the Olympic Peninsula in Washington State in the United States. During the Memorial Day weekend, several teams are putting their skills and strategies into practice. Pancakes are served at Clover Point, the best place to enjoy the show.
