After 6 years of experience in France, Cory and Juliana realized their dream of opening a French restaurant in the city of Vancouver. The Absinthe Bistro is a refined restaurant, combining classic and modern French cuisine with a welcoming and unpretentious atmosphere. On the menu, you will have the choice between three starters, four courses and three desserts that change regularly and that you can accompany with a glass of Bordeaux or Chablis. Regional products are in the spotlight, as much for beef as for seafood.
