Certains sont prêts à traverser la ville pou venir y chercher une miche de pain, une brioche, un spetzel, un café ou bien un sandwich et une patisserie. Cela vaut le detour. (le samedi et dimanche il serve un pain à l'ancienne, que l'on achète au quart ou bien à la moitié - il peut être nécessaire de le reservé à l'avance ou d'y arriver tôt- tout comme pour la brioche en periode hivernale).
