In early 2020, Twisted Fork Bistro moved from Granville to the lively Carrall Street in Gastown. A popular address for Vancouverites for its Canadian cuisine (duck, pork and halibut from the province of British Columbia, local beers and wines). Of particular note is the youthful atmosphere of the establishment and the walls decorated with works by local artists. In the middle of brunch time, you may feel a bit cramped but the waiters are friendly and sympathetic.
