How it works: choose three dishes from the selection of cheeses and meats on the blackboard, accompanied by three condiments (pickles, candied tomatoes, etc.). Then, feel free to add a tasting of three wines or non-alcoholic cocktails. Several choices of sandwiches for lunch and a three-course menu (starter, main course, dessert) for dinner as well.
