Bao Bei defines itself as a Chinese brewery. And it is indeed a mixture of cultures: the base is definitely Asian, but revisited in the manner of tapas, small dishes that allow you to taste several flavors. It takes about two dishes for a small hunger, three dishes to be completely satiated. Don't miss dim sum, a real treat and an Asian speciality not to be missed! If you have the opportunity to go there on Saturdays, you can stroll out to the night market in Chinatown, in the same street.

Dans le quartier chinois de Vancouver, ce petit restaurant est typique de la cuisine fusion de la ville, mêlant les influences de gastronomies diverses. Il est préférable de réserver, eu égard au succès… mérité.
Le restaurant n’est ouvert que pour le repas du soir et il est préférable de réserver en ligne car ils affichent souvent complet.
