Opened in 2003. Its founder, Victor Bouzide, wanted to share the simple, harmonious and organic cuisine of his Lebanese grandmother. The restaurant with pastel green walls, oriental light fixtures and a large white and black ceramic counter is now present in four Vancouver neighbourhoods. On the menu, typical dishes, mostly vegetarian, exotic and well spiced. You can order a mezze to share (hummus, falafels, eggplant, lentils, avocado, crispy cauliflower...) with bran flour pita bread.
